Pure Wool pegloom bed mats - Shop

I make bed mats out of handspun rug yarn from my Coloured Ryeland Sheep. The fleece is taken  and washed, put through a wool picker, hanspun and then hand woven on a pegloom to make a thick soft springy bed mat. Ryland fleece is ideal for this as its a shortwool down breed and holds the air giving you warmth and natural coolness with absorbent powers regulating your body heat.. It comes in the natural colours of the sheep and can vary, from light grey to dark chocolate brown or a combination of both.

I make this to order depending on the size required but a guide price is as follows

24 inches wide.   £18 a foot

36 inches wide.    £24 foot

48 inches wide.     £36 a foot   (this is 2x 24 inch wide ones joined together)

Postage and packing is extra depending on the weight of the finished mat.
